Halloween Tulle Wreath

Most of my apartment was lacking in Halloween decor (all my decorations I've made in the past are at my parents' house) so I decided to make a quick tulle wreath.

Materials Used:
-board wreath
-black paint
-black tulle
-green shimmer tulle
-purple glitter tulle
-HAPPY HALLOWEEN ribbon
-floral wire
-scissors, paint brush, wire cutters

I had this wreath form for a long time and I finally found out a way to use it. I painted it black so if it peaked out from behind the tulle, I wouldn't mind.

I measured out my tulle to a length I liked and cut a bunch of strips. I initially did one sequence but I ran out of HAPPY HALLOWEEN ribbon so I had to shove more colors in between and then I ran out of black tulle so I had to change it again. My final combination was:
-two purple
-two black
-two green
-three black
-Happy Halloween ribbon
-three black
-two purple
-two black
-two green
-six black

Since the wreath had holes in it, I ran some floral wire through one of them so I could tie it to my door knocker.

Here it is hanging up on the wall!

An easy Halloween decorating fix. I love the color combination!
