Cross Stitch: December

I have officially been working on this cross stitch for a year. I can't believe it! My last one took about 10 months. Considering the slow progress I've been making, I probably won't finish for another few months. I've only had time to do some on the weekends, if I don't have weekend plans. With planning for Christmas, I didn't have much time to do anything but a few strings here and there.

As a reminder, here is where we left off at the end of November.

Here is the cross stitch on Sunday, December 8th. I had just returned from a conference in Las Vegas the week prior so I only did a little bit that weekend. I worked a bit on the skirt.

Here is the cross stitch on the 15th. The only time I was able to work on it was when we had a snow day that week. I worked on the jacket.

Another look at it on the 22nd. I barely did anything. I can't even remember or find where I worked on! It was only just a string.

Lastly, here it is on the 29th. I got lots done this week! I have off work between Christmas and New Years and I worked on it every day. I worked on the base/roots of the tree, the skirt (almost done!) and the border of the jacket on the left.

Here is the month by month update. Not much longer now!

I'm going to need to buy a smaller hoop so I can get to those corners. This hoop is too big for that.
