I took an old frame (which I painted white) and traced the mat that came with it onto a piece of paper.
I cut the paper out.
And covered it in three types of Valentine's themed washi tape. I chose skeleton keys, With Love, and a black washi tape with white hearts. All were purchased through Pick Your Plum.
I trimmed off the excess tape from the sides.
I cut a heart out with my Silhouette Cameo and put it in the frame. Not counting waiting for the paint to dry on the frame, this was probably a ten minute project, if that.
