Twice Baked Wings

This dish is perfect for the Superbowl! Or any party, really! We call them twice baked wings.

INGREDIENTS:
-a 4-5 pound bag of frozen wings
-1 large bottle of Crystal hot sauce
-1 stick of butter
-3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
-2 disposable baking sheets or foil to line the pans

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a sauce pan, heat butter, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until butter is melted.

2. Place (frozen) wings on foil lined or disposable baking sheets. Pour sauce over.

3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 2-3 hours, turning every hour. The sauce will blacken like this. It's okay. That's why you need to line your pans with foil or use disposable baking sheets.

4. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing. Easy!

  1. Do you cook them from frozen or thaw first?
